The Outdoor lights are automatically turned on by sunset and turned off at midnight for your enjoyment as you delight in the year-round warm weather. There are over 8 outdoor separate seating areas, so there is room for the whole family! * Hiking and oak tree retreat onsite * The rock waterfall is not available to avoid accidents. ___ THE POOL: ***Important: If you would like the pool heated to 80 degrees F or hot tub, please let us know at least a minimum of 24 hours before check-in. It is heated by propane and costs an additional $125/day to heat April-September and $200/day to heat October-March. Hot tub $50 a day. Bathers must wear appropriate swim attire. Street clothes and shoes are not allowed in the water. ___ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE: *Extra person charge is $25 per person per night over 8 people. Guest access Guests will have full access to all of the home and the property except the locked spaces. Other things to note * Please NOTE our neighbors are very sensitive to large parties and loud music. Please be very respectful while you're enjoying the outdoor by the pool with the neighborhood noise ordinance. Please do not set up any speakers larger than a bluetooth portable speaker. NO DJs. *** Please put the phrase "Greystone Rocks!" at the top of your message so I know you have carefully read our rules, as such bookings tend to go so much smoother therefore your request will be approved faster *** * There are Security Cameras installed on the property. One located on the top of the garage pointed at the driveway and upper parking lot. Another one is pointing at the pool. They are powered and monitored by Ring at all times to ensure the safety of our guests and our neighbors. *Trash pick-up is on Thursdays. Please bring your trash bags /recycling to the blue bin located by the front entrance gate prior to leaving the property. *Pool is serviced on Tuesday & Friday. *Please let us know the exact numbers of guest / children checking in the property. Our cleaners will make the exact beds for your reservation. Temecula is very strict on having the exact amount of people going in and out of vacation rental homes.
