You may see your neighbor when you are both in the separate driveways, but once inside the home you will have the privacy and seclusion of a single-family home also backyard privacy fence is completely separate for each side! You have your own huge fenced in private backyard with a 7ft tall privacy fence. There is plenty of room for children and pets to run and play. Parking is a breeze with a two-car private driveway to park in! Guest access You will have access to the private drive and once inside you have a full-sized kitchen, a large and spacious living room, a comfortable master bedroom, a 2nd bedroom with one queen sized bed and one twin, a large bathroom, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The large fenced in back yard is totally private with a 7ft tall privacy fence. Other things to note This is a peaceful neighborhood so please no loud music or partying. Please no smoking or vaping of any kind in the space. If you are bringing your furry friends, we ask that you please clean up after them.
