That's what a guest said about Prosper House, our townhouse in Nashville, 1.3 miles from Broadway. Your mornings start at our coffee bar, your group spread across the island and long table. Evenings on the roof - fire table lit, corn-hole, string lights on, skyline past the daybed. Sleeps ten: two kings and a queen bunk room. Germantown 0.4 miles, Kroger 0.25. The space 1.3 miles from Broadway, our townhouse has hosted over a hundred stays, most of them groups who wanted the honky tonks close and a quiet Germantown night to come home to. The Farmers Market at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, Topgolf, and the Sounds stadium are all close by. Our rooftop carries a fire table, a daybed, and the downtown skyline. One floor down, the whole level opens into a single room: kitchen, long table, fireplace, and the coffee bar guests write about more than anything else in the house. Broadway at night, the roof after, and coffee in the morning without leaving the building. Our three floors keep the noise and the sleeping apart. One king bedroom has the entry level to itself, a flight below the living space. The second floor is common ground, with the kitchen, dining table, and living room under one ceiling and the fireplace at the center. The top floor holds the second king and the bunk room, where each bunk closes off behind its own curtain. Every bedroom has a full bath of its own, which is what makes ten people and one morning workable. Three flights up, our roof opens onto the skyline. A fire table anchors the seating with lounge chairs pulled around it, and a standing heater keeps the shoulder months usable. A cushioned daybed under the arch takes the afternoon nap. String lights run the length of the deck, cornhole comes out after dinner, and a marble bar counter with cabinets makes it easy to set out drinks, put music on, and keep everyone up here.
