Modern Hilltop Home: Roomy, Views, Family-Friendly

Welcome to our modern home in the Del Cerro neighborhood, conveniently located ~15 minutes from the city's main attractions. This 5 bed/2.5 bath home is newly built and offers plenty of space for you to rest and relax during your stay in our beautiful city. We can comfortably sleep 10 adults and have a crib and pack n' plays for small children. With great views of the sunrise and sunset from the front and back of the property, you can soak in all of the beauty San Diego has to offer from here! The space Our home features an open floor plan on the ground floor with cool, concrete flooring to add that modern touch. The large kitchen features quartz countertops and high-end appliances with everything a chef would need. There are three separate dining areas to accommodate your group: a 12-seat dining table, a kitchen island with 6 barstools, and a breakfast nook that seats 6. The living room features plenty of seating around the 80” tv for your entertainment pleasure. There are also board games available for adults and children to have a fun game night. The kitchen opens up onto the covered back patio where there is plenty of comfortable seating to relax in under the shade. A newly renovated back yard now includes a BBQ area, turf, a deck with an 8 foot round stock tank plunge pool that can be heated into a hot tub, and fire pit with seating. Plenty of space to relax, play games, or just sit back and enjoy the view! Four bedrooms are located upstairs along with a laundry room and two full bathrooms. One bedroom currently contains a crib along with two twin beds. The fifth bedroom is located downstairs and has a twin bed with a twin trundle. For any guests traveling with small children, we have plenty of baby gear, toys, and books available for you to use during your stay (e.g. baby bath, stroller, backpack carrier for hikes, etc) so you can travel a bit lighter! Please ask ahead of time and if we have it, we’ll make sure to leave it for you. Please note that we take our guest safety very seriously and thoroughly clean and disinfect surfaces prior to each guest stay. Guest access All bedrooms and areas shown in the photos. Please note that some closets and areas are locked off for storage (these are not shown in listing photos) and not available for guest access. Other things to note If you like to go on walks, the area behind the house and across the street from the house are both owned by the city and considered parkland. Local residents often walk their dogs and can be seen walking through those areas. The trailhead to the area behind the house is accessed from the main street just a bit past 6262 Pasatiempo Ave. The area across the street is best accessed from either the far left or far right end of the lots where the trailheads are visible.
