Enjoy glorious sunsets from Sunset Park right next door. Our condo complex has a beautiful private beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki huts and BBQ grills for guest use. The space Studio condo sleeps 2 within steps of the beach and pool. Renovated bathroom has walk-in shower and plenty of storage. Comfy king sized bed with crisp 100% cotton sheets for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath towels. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you! We pride ourselves on keeping our condos super clean and fresh. We promise a great Keys experience! Guest access You'll have full use of the beach, lounge chairs, tiki huts, BBQ grills, heated pool and grassy areas. There is even a shuffleboard court if you're up to a fun challenge! Other things to note If you would like to rent kayaks or bicycles while you are here, Wheels-2-Go will deliver them to the property. Kayaking in and around Key Colony Beach is a wonderful way to enjoy the water. At low-tide we have a huge sandbar to the West of KCB (about 10 minute kayak away from the condo beach) where you can beach your kayak and explore the shallows on foot. You'll spot huge starfish, spotted eagle rays, small tropical fish and lots of other surprises. There is a bike rack on the side of the complex and a kayak rack down by the beach for use during your stay. Wheels-2-Go will also pick up the kayaks/bicycles when your trip is complete.
