Your desert oasis awaits you. With amenities plentiful, you will have all access to the popular 13 healing mineral pools and spas, hours 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. No reservations, cost or key cards needed. A brief five-minute walk to the clubhouse offering male/female locker room with saunas and showers inside. Pickleball, basketball and tennis courts, gym, library, shuffleboard and nature trails are all available for your enjoyment. The resort community is a lovely mix of fill-time residents, snowbirds and vacationers. The energy is vibrant and happy, and everyone is super friendly. A note from Sky Valley Resort: Our communities consist of permanent and seasonal homeowners who enjoy living in a tranquil environment. Please read this brochure for an enjoyable stay. Loud music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors' homes and driveways are prohibited by resort rules and will not be tolerated. Renters are advised that the following rules will be strictly enforced: NOISE - Resort rules include quiet hours between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. PARKING - Renters and their guests should park in the driveway or directly in front or behind of the rental home. No overnight parking in the street is allowed. TRASH - Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view. DOGS - All dogs are to be kept on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Dogs cannot be left outside unattended. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints. OCCUPANCY - Restrict occupancy to 4 people per 1 bedroom, 6 people per 2 bedrooms, 8 people per 3 bedrooms. Failure to comply with the above may result in a citation or loss of license for the homeowner. ENJOY AND BE COURTEOUS! BE SAFE AND RESPECTFUL!
