You will receive detailed check in instructions prior to your arrival and your accommodations will be waiting for you. Self check-in and self check-out information is provided in the House Manual and House Rules you will receive when you book with us. We will also provide a copy at the home. You'll take in views of the beautiful dam on the Pemi, and then continue into the resort to see interesting homes, log cabins, and chalets throughout. The roads are well-maintained, and we take pride in ownership! The rec center and Mountain Lodge provide entertainment all year round. The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, and the Mountain Lodge opens in the winter months. Updates about Campton Mountain skiing can be found at www camptonmountain com. Birchwood Lodge is located on a dirt road in a well-maintained mountain neighborhood. It is important to take it slow, especially in the winter. We can fit 3 cars comfortably in our driveway. 20 minutes to Waterville Valley, 25 minutes to Loon, 30 minutes to Cannon Mountain, 30 minutes to Lake Winnipesauke. Included in your stay are four adult guest passes to enjoy the Waterville Estates Community Center which includes a game room, gym, hot tub, heated indoor pool and outdoor pool and pond beach access in the summer. Additional guests can use facilities for a fee (all children 7 and under are free). Please note that there is no outside alcohol allowed at the Rec center. Please drive slowly in the neighborhood.
