We worked hard to keep the charm of the mountain lodge while creating spaces that make our guests feel at home. Guest access We are a fully contactless, mountain neighborhood resort destination. You will receive detailed check in instructions prior to your arrival and your accommodations will be waiting for you. Other things to note Your stay includes 1 Adult Guest Pass to enjoy the Waterville Estates Community Center which includes a game room, gym, hot tub, heated indoor pool and outdoor pool and pond beach access in the summer. Additional guests can use facilities for a fee (children 7 and under are free). Please note that there is no outside alcohol allowed at the Rec center. Please drive slowly in the neighborhood.
