The space We offer a well-equipped guest suite (can host 2-4 people, but best for two and/or a small family of 4) nestled in the countryside on three acres with a vineyard, seasonal creek, and garden. The red terra cotta tile floor is a pleasure to look at and nice to walk on. The guest suite is your private space with its own entrance, a patio, and a step-free walkway from the shaded parking lot. The kitchenette is smaller but still offers a microwave, air fryer, countertop oven, and slow cooker for your cooking needs. This property has solar panels that produce nearly 100% of the electricity used to reach the goal of reducing the carbon footprint. EV charging available. Located in Sierra foothills, about 50 minutes from Grass Valley, 35 minutes from Marysville, and 45 minutes from Oroville. It’s a gateway to the Sierra mountains, rivers, and lakes. Oregon House is an unincorporated community in Yuba County. Although it may not have all the conveniences the city, but if you are looking to be close to the nature and still within reachable distance, this is for you. Guest access You are welcome to stroll around the garden. Other things to note AT&A is the best mobile phone carrier here as they have a tower nearby. We highly recommend our guests sign in to WiFi and activate the WIFI calling ( in settings) on the phone to ensure the best reception. We have a whole-house filter so you can just drink from the tap and may not need to buy water unless you prefer. It’s cool in most summer nights here due to microclimate. We encourage the guests to open windows and enjoy mountain air.
