The space SkyView Treehouse is part of a peaceful lakeside property that also includes its sister treehouse, MoonLight (located side-by-side), Sunset Chalet, and our main home — all tucked along the quiet shoreline of Belgrade Stream. Each space is fully private, with its own hot tub, fire pit, and seating area. Lake access is shared via two docks, offering the perfect blend of seclusion and connection — especially for couples booking both treehouses or celebrating together. SkyView Treehouse is a warm, peaceful escape crafted to help you slow down and reconnect—with nature, with your partner, or just with yourself. Upstairs, you’ll wake up in a cozy queen bed to the sight of trees and water through tall picture windows. Downstairs, another queen bed and a soft sleeper sofa offer space to relax by the flickering stone fireplace. Cook in your full kitchen, complete with a retro-style oven, copper hood, and farmhouse sink. The bathroom features a walk-in stone shower with a real pine tree integrated into the design—one of many unique touches that make this place feel unforgettable. French doors lead to your private deck, where a hot tub and grill await. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or soaking under the stars at night, every moment here is built for comfort, calm, and connection. Guest access Guests have full access to their own private hot tub, deck, grill, and fire pit. The outdoor space is open and shared, and you’re welcome to enjoy direct access to Belgrade Stream and Messalonskee Lake, along with the kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, sandy lake entry, boat dock, swimming, and fishing throughout your stay. Other things to note Pontoon Boat Available: From May through October, guests are welcome to rent our 22-foot pontoon boat for a relaxing cruise on the lake. The rental rate is $299 per day, and the boat comes fully equipped with all required safety gear. Just send us a quick message to check availability — rentals are first come, first served. Pets welcome: We love dogs and understand they’re part of the family. There’s a $195 pet fee, and we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture, are picked up after, and avoid the shared back lawn area. Celebrating something special?
