Kate-Ah-Den Cabin, a soul soothing escape.

Secluded & artistically built - a cozy cabin on top of Hampshire Hill. Relax and enjoy the views, take time to hear yourself think, or go explore 75 acres of private woods w 2 miles of private trails. 10 minutes from downtown Belgrade Lakes & public beaches on Long Pond & Great Pond. Close to Kennebec trails, snowmobile trails, Farmington & Augusta. 1 hr south of ski resorts. Great for stopping for 1 night or for taking a week to escape from the world. The space The cabin is at the top of a dirt road on 70 acres. Four wheel drive and/or snow tires required in winter months and mud season (October through April). Well behaved pets are welcome with the agreement that you will clean up after them :-) Guest access You have the cabin to yourself. Other things to note There is only one bedroom, but if you'd like to come with more guests I can provide a blow up mattress and there is a comfy couch. In the warm months, there is a detached "bunkroom" which has a pullout single mattress. Message me and we can talk. :-) October through April you need snow tires and 4 wheel drive. We plow and sand regularly but you may have to patiently wait during a storm. No hunting or shooting on the property. It gets very dark up there and arriving at night can be challenging. I suggest arriving during daylight hours.
