The space The main house has 2 bedrooms with king size beds,1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds(sleeps 4), another room with 1 bunk bed(sleeps 2), gym, 3 living room areas, pool table room/bar, and sauna. Pool Apartment- 1 king bed, living room, full bath, and kitchen. Apartment over the 3 car garage- 1 king bed, living room, half bath, and wet bar. Guest access You have access to the entire property excluding the greenhouse/shed. Other things to note The pool guy does maintenance and cleaning every Tuesday morning.
