Large balcony. Soaking tub in primary BA. The building has a rooftop pool & putting green, fitness room and 2 assigned/covered parking spots. The space This is a Direct Oceanfront condo, located in the Beautiful 'Belmont Towers' on the Boardwalk! Be in the center of everything in Ocean City. Thrasher Fries and Fishers Popcorn are just steps away. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the Ocean and the Boardwalk all from your balcony. Great kitchen with granite counter tops and island seating. Family room has a large HDTV and High speed Internet and free WIFI. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This location includes everything you and your family need while at the beach. NOTE: This is not a Senior Graduate Rental. The condo has 3 large bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite has king size bed and a queen bed pull out sleep sofa. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Great room for the kids. All bedrooms flat screen HDTV. The primary bathroom has a jetted whirpool tub with handheld rinse to enjoy a nice relaxing bubble bath or to bath a couple of kids. Bedroom 2 has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The 3rd Bedroom has a shared bathroom with the hallway access and a large stand up shower. This condo does not provide sheets and towels. I do have an agreement with a rental company that will deliver your sheets and towels on check in date, make your beds and pick them up on your date of departure this includes sheets for all the beds including pull out sleep sofas and 10 sets of bath towels and 2 sets of kitchen towels. The only thing you would need to do is strip the beds and put the soiled sheets and towels in the laundry bags and leave them in the primary bedroom for pick up. Or if you prefer, you may bring sheets and towels with you for your vacation stay. Just send me a message if you would like to add sheets to your reservation. Other things to note This condo is available: - Mid June through August is a 7 night stay minimum. - November through March is 2 night minimum. - During the months of April, May, mid June, September and October are a 3 night minimum.
