The space A ground floor end unit makes this suite bright and easily accessible. Our space provides beautiful ocean views with the ocean only steps away. Great for winter storm watching or for exploring the calm warm seas of summer. Watch for whales, seals, sea lions and otters swimming by, or look for eagles soaring and kingfishers diving, a true nature lovers delight. A well stocked kitchen for all of your cooking necessities, ample linens and towels, games, cable TV & wifi will make this feel like a home away from home. Pack the cooler and enjoy drinks by the fire or grab a floatie and head to the pool. The walkout outdoor patio provides extra living space and is well situated close to 2 of the 3 BBQ areas and the waterfront pool. Inn of the Sea also offers a tennis court, children’s play area, and coin operated laundry facilities. Sick of the outdoors... head to The Crow & Gate for a pint and great food at an old English style pub. Guest access Enjoy the pool overhanging the ocean, heated from May long weekend until September. Or soak in our hot tub which is open all year long offering stunning panoramic views of Stuart Channel. The private seasonal dock allows for seasonal boat moorage (under 30'), fishing & crabbing, or jump off for a cool dip in the Pacific Ocean. Comb the beach exploring tidal pools or bring your kayak or SUP to launch from the shore to explore nearby islands, a great location for the water enthusiast. A beachside fire pit is available all year long and you’ll often find people gathered here for happy hour. (firewood is available to order for delivery) Get that arm swinging for a game of tennis or pull out the bocce for a casual game on the lawn, there’s lots of space to be found on our 3.5 acre property. Other things to note Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am * Hot tub open year round * Heated pool open from around May long weekend until September * Hours of operation 8am-9pm hours may be restricted * The dock is available mid May, and removed early October to protect from winter storms Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions 1) Renter agrees to maintain the condo in the same condition, state of repair and cleanliness as found upon arrival, leaving all linens, utensils, supplies and owner’s contents in unit at time of departure. 2) Renter accepts financial responsibility for any damage to condo and its contents (other than normal wear & tear) caused by them, their family, or guests while occupying the condo. 3) The renter reserves the right to terminate tenancy if there is any damage to the suite or any House Rules are broken. 4) The owner/agent reserves the right to terminate tenancy if there is unsuitable behavior or serious disturbances by the Renter or guests of the Renter. 5) The owner/agent reserves the right to access the premises for any problems or maintenance that may occur due to emergency; otherwise 24 hours notice will be given when able. 6) The owner/agent is not responsible for weather or conditions.
