Amazing N Shore Sandy Beach Home, Lake Front Home!

Updated lakefront home with sugar sandy beach, located on the north shore of Sand Point, Michigan. 50' of private sandy beach. Enjoy beautiful seasonal sunrises and sunsets right from the property! 180 degree views of the water from inside the home are to die for! We are located 5 miles from downtown Caseville and about 20 miles from Port Austin, home of the famous Turnip Rock! We welcome you to our Happy Place and know you will love it as much as we do! Book your stay today!! The space Our home consists of two main level bedrooms and one full bath. 1 bedroom = queen bed (and a water view!!!) 1 bedroom = bunk with full on bottom and twin on top. There are two separate living areas , laundry, open kitchen/dining/living space. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a king bed 1 full bathroom 1 room with a twin/twin bunk and two additional twin beds NOTE: there are steps to enter the home from the parking area as well as one step inside of the home on the main level. There are also stairs to get to the fire pit, lakeside lawn, and down to the beach. Nearby, in Caseville, you will find restaurants, ice cream, Key North Mini-golf, golf courses, a break wall, a grocery store, shops and coffee! Around the corner in Beadle Bay Marina you are able to launch your boat or jet skis or even rent a pontoon boat if you are interested! As you travel up M-25 towards Port Austin you will find canoeing and kayaking on the Pinnabog River. You will pass Port Crescent State Park as well as Sleeper State Park with hiking trails and outdoor adventure! In Oak Beach during the summer months at Huron County Nature Center there are interesting educational sessions on various Michigan wildlife, which is great for kids. They also have beautiful trails. When you reach Port Austin there are more restaurants and lovely little shops! At PAKS you can rent kayaks and take an adventure out to see the famous Turnip Rock! On Saturday’s they hold a wonderful Farmers Market and on Wednesday afternoon/evening you may enjoy some shopping at Wednesdays on Washington! Enjoy the amenities of Sandy Shores Wellness Centers hot tub, indoor pool, sauna, and gym right up the road. This is based on their hours of operation and does cost a fee for day passes. Guest access Guests may access the entire home except for locked owners closets. For insurance and liability purposes, only guests who are listed on the reservation are allowed to access the property. All guests first and last names must be submitted prior to receiving check-in/check-out instructions. Violation of this may result in the termination of the reservation at the expense of the guest. Other things to note We pre-approve and are pet friendly to small dogs of non-shedding breeds. There is a pet fee associated with this and we ask that no trace of dog be left in the home or on the property. Failure to abide by these rules may result in additional cleaning charge of a minimum of $75. In the event that our pet policy is violated this may also result in immediate termination of your stay at the expense of the guest. We provide supplies will be available upon arrival. Smoking of ANY kind is not permitted in the home. A violation of this will result in an additional cleaning charge. For liability and insurance purposes all guests staying in the home must be registered. Please provide names and ages if each individual guest. Only those listed on the reservation are permitted on property. Violation may result in termination of the reservation at the expense of the guest. NOTE: there are steps to enter the home from the parking area as well as one step inside of the home on the main level. There are also stairs to get to the fire pit, lakeside lawn, and down to the beach. Garbage day is on Monday. We ask that all garbage be taken to the bin by the roadside prior to Monday morning. ALL garbage MUST be placed in garbage bags. We do provide bags. Please DO NOT place any garbage in the bin that is not in a bag or this will result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.
