IMPORTANT: Even though our house it's not ADA compliant the first floor it's fully accessible, please contact us for more details Other things to note The maximum occupancy of the house is 16 persons, may it be adults, kids, or infants. You can enjoy the pool 24 hours a day, our pool equipment is on a timer and it runs from 9 am to 9 pm. The pool & hot tub heating is NOT included with your stay, the rate is $30 per booked night, and reservations of 2 nights will be charged our minimum fee of $90. Please keep this in mind if you are booking the house for winter/colder months and if you plan to use the pool, it can take up to 48 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions, here can get below freezing for some nights of the winter and as low as 40s during the day. The pool temperature is set to 88°F (31°C), the spa temperature will rise to 101°F (38°C) while the spa-timer is active, during the hot tub operation the heater and pump will work only for the hot tub and will not heat the main pool. Our pool heater can only raise the main pool temperature by 20°F above air-temperature at a rate of 1°F per hour when it is cold (and it may not operate properly when air-temperature is below 55°F), the spa temperature will rise 10-15°F every 30 minutes while the timer is active. This is the reality for the majority of the pool heat-pump systems for residential pools in Florida. Four cars will be allowed inside of the resort, additional cars must be parked by the resort entrance at an overflow parking space if they have enough space available. Self-catered house, as a courtesy we leave supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. We leave five large rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a roll of kitchen trash bags, two pods for the machine, liquid dish soap, two pods for the dishwasher, and a few other items. To avoid food contaminations and allergy issues we do not leave food items at the house, including condiments.
