Open the curtains and enjoy spectacular views of the river and private access to the balcony. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds with comfortable bedding and a flat-screen tv with Dish Network. The balcony with amazing views of the river comes with high top table and chairs for those nights you just feel like having drinks or dining outdoors. It’s got spectacular views up and down river. Sit and enjoy watching the boats go in and out and just relax after a long day. The Good Times Marina next door is the perfect place to grab a meal and a drink at the Who Dat Bar and Grill or a quick bag of ice for the boat. They also offer light tackle and other supplies. Dine out at Roy's or Kathi’s Krab for a nice seafood boil and live entertainment. If you don’t feel like dining out take advantage of the propane grill and cook out while the kids swim in the pool. Whatever your choice you are sure to have a fantastic time. There is a public boat ramp 1 block away for easy launch with a short ride to the Gulf. Park your trailer in the designated lot across the street and store your gear in the ground floor private tackle locker. Come fish the many tournaments throughout the year!
