Firewood is not provided.* The space This spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, plus loft, Donnelly home is the perfect escape for a family retreat or a friends gathering. Don't forget to bring your canine companion(s) as this cabin is pet-friendly! The home can accommodate up to 14 guests, who will thoroughly enjoy everything Pine Tree Lodge has to offer, from its prime proximity to Lake Cascade’s Boulder Creek Beach, to the theater room and large, fenced backyard. The cabin welcomes guests inside to an open floor concept. This common living space seamlessly connects a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The cozy living room has comfortable seating options gathered around a wood stove. This area is ideal on a chilly winter evening while you and your guests chat around the fire. Adjacent to the living room is a dining table with bench style seating. A built-in breakfast bar off the kitchen has 4 additional bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to assist in whipping up tasty meals. 2 bedrooms are on the main floor of the cabin. The first bedroom has two Queen beds. The second bedroom is suitable for the kids, with two sets of twin bunk beds. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is also accessible on the main floor. The 3rd bedroom (master bedroom) is on the upper floor. While this room does not have a door, a hallway into the room provides privacy. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, a TV with a Firestick and DVD player, and an attached master bath with two sinks and a shower. Outside of the master bedroom is a lofted office space - great for getting any last-minute work done. WIFI is provided for your convenience. Head downstairs to the bottom floor to find bedroom 4, bedroom 5, and a theater room. Bedrooms 4 and 5 both have Queen beds and access to a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Guests will spend plenty of time hosting their own private screening in the theater room with a cozy pellet stove, theater seating, and a big screen TV. Enjoy the crisp mountain air by stepping outside onto the upper balcony or into the backyard. The upper balcony is furnished with patio seating so you and your guests can enjoy pointing out stars in the night sky or even dining alfresco. The backyard is complete with a BBQ, Traeger and firepit seating. Guest access The entire home is available for guests to use except the locked owner's closets. Please take a moment to review our policies: Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee. Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed. Pets: If you would like to bring a pet, please send us a message before booking. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES). All pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized. Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately. Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking. Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture. Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities. BBQ's & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions. Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage. Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads. Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee. Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill." Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues. Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers. Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!
