The space Pristine clean & beautifully detailed describes this cabin. In addition, our cabin is maintained with an additional service to prevent bed bugs from ever being part of your experience! The cost on our part is worth it to us, to make sure your experience is incredible! Fair Bear Den is a mountain experience without the scary switchbacks & narrow roads. New to the rental program making it fresh & up-to-date with all of the amenities and more! Beautiful new granite in the kitchen & new flooring in the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway & both bathrooms gives it that extra clean feel!! The resort is absolutely impressive with its perfectly manicured roads, communal pool, picnic area & overall beauty! We strive to not disappoint! Enjoy! Guest access Guest will receive a code to access the entrance one day prior to arriving. Departure instructions are located on the kitchen refrigerator. Please follow instructions to avoid a $50 fine. Other things to note Cabin instructions are on the refrigerator. There is a Hot tub, so please bring towels for each guest for the hot tub or for when the pool is open. We provide each guest with a bath towel, hand towel and wash rag. A fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink. Please leave no food, food wrappers, drinks, empty cans, gum, candy, etc in your car, on the deck, or outside Fair Bear Cabin, because bears will come! Please for your safety do not attempt to feed bears. Please follow departure instructions on the refrigerator, or it may result in an additional $50 charge. 🐻
