The neighborhood is safe and fantastic. Backyard connects to Kutzky Park and miles and miles of walking/biking paths. The coziest home in Rochester - clean, comfortable, classy, and affordable. Located in the prestigious Kutzky Park neighborhood, the home is walking distance from the Mayo Clinic, St. Mary’s Hospital, and downtown Rochester including several of the city’s best restaurants and grocery stores. Garage parking available. Smart tv, and fast WiFi (no cable tv). The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal. There is a cozy dining room to enjoy meals as a family. Bedrooms and bathroom are located on the main level of the home. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. THE HOME IS A DUPLEX. St. Augustine’s Retreat is the main level space. No stairs except to basement laundry. ****The units are not soundproof, you may occasionally hear noise/footsteps of upstairs guests.**** Quiet hours are 8pm -8am Quiet hours are 8pm -8am **We operate a share cabinet. We leave pantry and fridge/freezer items that we believe the next guest may enjoy and could use. Other things to note Quiet hours 8pm-8am This is the Main level apartment! Do not go to the upstairs apartment! THE HOME IS A DUPLEX ** **NO CABLE TV. Smart Tv provided for your own account use. **If you were HAPPY with your stay and leave a 4 star review, I am unwilling to host you again. **We operate a share cabinet. We leave pantry and fridge/freezer items that we believe the next guest may enjoy and could use. ***We provide shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, 2 rolls toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll, laundry detergent, 1 trash bag per day to get you started, you may need to refill depending on the length of your stay.*** *In effort to keep costs down we do not throw out items based on a stain.
