Located in the prestigious Kutzky Park neighborhood, the home is walking distance from the Mayo Clinic, St. Mary’s Hospital, and downtown Rochester including several of the city’s best restaurants and grocery stores. Garage parking available. Smart tv, and fast WiFi (no cable tv). The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal. There is a cozy dining room to enjoy meals as a family. Bedrooms and bathroom are located on the main level of the home. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. THE HOME IS A DUPLEX. St. Augustine’s Retreat is the main level space.
