Sleeping up to 16, the house is perfect for multiple families or large groups. The home consists of 4 bedrooms including the "Owner's Suite" with a private bath, walk-in closet, and access to the main deck (1 K bed). The other 3 bedrooms, located on the lower level are "The Bunk Room" (4 Q beds, 2 sets of bunks), "The Coastal Room" (2 Q beds), and "The Cottage Room" (1 Q bed). The home itself is located perfectly within walking distance of the town of Cicero. There you will find great dining, entertainment, parks, and of course an ice cream shop for the kids. Many of the dining options in Cicero have outdoor seating. No garage access for guests. No Boat lift access (the dock is accessible for your boat).
