Escape to this beautiful lake house and start making memories! This 2 bedroom 1 bath is fully equipped with everything you need for a stress free vacation. You will have your own boat launch, pier and 2 jet ski docks. Relax in the evenings enjoying the fire while making smores. Charcoal grill located near the dining area. Fuel and supplies at nearby marina. The space •Sofa reclines on each end and has phone chargers built in. •The end table in the twin bedroom has phone chargers built in. •Always use the grey t.v. remote to turn t.v. On/off. If the t.v. Isn’t working properly click input to ensure that it’s on the correct(t.v.) input. •There are games in pantry under the microwave. •Firewood provided (under deck) •Charcoal provided (storage room under deck-short term stay) •Please latch (latch on deck floor)the French doors when open. (Windy at times) •Dishwasher- 3 second long hold to start. (If you don’t hold for 3 seconds it will not start.) •Washer/Dryer- 3 second long hold to start. •2 rolls of toilet paper provided •2 garbage bags provided •dish pods provided •2 laundry pods provided •Each bedroom has storage for folded clothes. •Each bedroom has hanging space for about 12 garments. •fire extinguisher under kitchen sink and under deck •WE HAVE KAYAKS! Pizza ECT, It’s about 2 miles away) •Publix in Calera (about 15 to 20 minute drive) •Piggly Wiggly in Columbiana (about 15 to 20 minute drive)
