The house is child friendly. The space The property has two levels which creates two living rooms and the downstairs area is perfect for a family movie night. The first level welcomes you with a living room, the kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom, a laundry room as well as a walk out deck where you may enjoy your morning coffee while admiring Pikes Peak. The downstairs area contains another living room as well as a play area for children. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom as well. The house is perfectly divided! Spacious backyard.
