Description

This charming blue home is located on a semi-private Beach in Bimini Bay and walking distance from the Casino, Hilton Hotel, restaurants, Mega Yacht Marina and Pool. The house itself is light, comfortable, and cozy with a family-friendly ambiance. The back porch provides a relaxing atmosphere with a front-row seat to sunsets from your own personal hammock. The outdoor shower is a bonus. The house is set up to accommodate 10 people comfortably. One of the rooms has double bunk beds which are designed for children or very petite adults. A charcoal BBQ is available for use. The Kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking that just-caught fish and has a cabinet with a variety of spices. Coffee and tea are provided. Guest access Our guests will be granted the use of all Bimini Bay amenities at the resort such as the pools and beaches. *ALL EARLY CHECK INS BEFORE 4 AND LATE CHECK OUTS AFTER 11 ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES* *CHECKIN IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE ACCORDING TO PROGRESS OF HOUSEKEEPER* PLEASE NOTE CHECKIN TIME MAY VARY BETWEEN 4-8 PM* All guests are required by Bimini Bay to check-in at the Fisherman's Village Lobby where they will be issued guest wristbands allowing them access to the house and the amenities. Our house is part of the upper residential area. Everyone in your party needs to be present to register and an ID must be provided. The Following are the rules established by the HOA: WRISTBAND POLICY: Owners or guests that wish to enter the upper residential area are required by the HOA Board of Directors to have a wristband or an owner’s photo ID card (distributed by the HOA office). Security has been instructed to not allow access to the residential area without either. There are four different types of wristbands. The color of the wristbands may vary from time-to-time. Owner Adult wristbands – Issued only by the HOA office Owner Under 18 wristbands – Issued only by the HOA office Guest Adult wristbands - Issued by the HOA office & Hilton hotel Guest Under 18 wristbands – Issued by the HOA office & Hilton hotel Upon arrival/check-in at the HOA office: You must present an official (valid) photo ID in order to receive a wristband. Passport Driver’s License Owners are unable to collect wristbands on behalf of guests or children. AFTER-HOURS OFFICE PROCEDURE: All homeowners and guests are asked to visit the Main Entrance of the property for wristbands & key cards if you arrive after 5:00 PM Other things to note *NOTICE* AS OF NOW UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, A COVID-19 NEGATIVE TEST RESULT, NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS OLD, MUST BE PROVIDED TO CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION UPON ARRIVAL. *In case of any reservation adjustments, The refund policy would allow for 75% to be refunded of each night that is cancelled after the reservation is made. If the cancelled date slot is filled, the guest would be entitled to a full refund. If in any case the cancelled dates are not reserved, the 25% can be used as credit for a late checkout/early checkin (upon availability).* ANY AND ALL CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING MUST BE MADE *AT LEAST* 48 HOURS PRIOR TO TRAVEL DATE! *OTHERWISE WILL BE SUBJECT TO FEES* *THERE ARE CAMERAS ON THE PROPERTY FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS AND HOMEOWNERS* *PUBLISHED PUBLIC VIDEOS AND RECORDINGS OF/IN HOME MUST BE APPROVED/CLEARED BY HOMEOWNERS* *DISCLAIMER: ALL PARTIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED TO THE HOME. ALL DAMAGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT PROMPTLY!* It is important to understand that Bimini is a small island and on occasion, there may be water and electrical outages, especially when the resort is at maximum capacity. These outages, if they occur, usually last only a few hours. The house has emergency flashlights plugged into the outlets for your use of this should occur.
