With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms it’s the perfect home for a large family gathering or a trip with friends. Enjoy a vacation with comfort, style, and all the amenities. The space This beautiful vacation home offers plenty of room for everyone in your group to have their own space. With two screened porches, multiple living areas, two large dining areas (indoor & out), a backyard oasis w/pool, four bedrooms, and three full bathrooms. For the primary guest there is a private upstairs master suite with a private balcony and stairs that lead to the backyard and pool. The two queen rooms are perfect for couples or friends who are sharing. The twin room includes a new, modern trundle bed that can sleep two. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious and include all of the amenities needed to cook and host. We have plenty of beach gear for you to use beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and sand toys available to use. For those traveling with children we have some some toys inside the house to play with. Internet is ATT Fiber 500+ TV is direct TV Streaming Treat yourself to a relaxing vacation, hang out with friends & family, enjoy the beautiful beaches & pool, and explore Melbourne Beach & The Space Coast. **Minimum rental age 26 years old** **government ID required upon booking** PLEASE NOTE: there is a fireplace pictured but it does not function and is not for guests to use. Maximum capacity on property at any time is 8 guests. Maximum cars on property at anytime is 4. Quiet time hours from 8pm to 8am. Must be respectful to other neighbors and homes surrounding the vacation rental. NO trailers, boats, or RVs allowed to park in the driveway per Town of Melbourne Beach ordinance.
