The space Welcome to our newly remodeled Happy House in Crosslake, MN! The Rustic Farm House with a Touch of Modern Industrial Charm is located in the Happy Bay of Cross Lake on Whitefish Chain. It has been stripped down to its original bones to bring its unique features and great character back to life! Due to the nature of original rustic floors, slippers might be recommended :) This family oriented house offers 3 bedrooms and a loft, 3.5 baths, living room, dining room and a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. If cooking is not on the agenda, you are just 2 minutes away from the center of Crosslake with its restaurants, bars, coffee and ice cream shops, grocery store and a gas station, and also a variety of local boutiques, walking/biking/snowmobile trails, golfing and mini-golfing - all for your entertainment. Being so close to town, the property is also located next to a wooded land, which gives more privacy to enjoy beautiful sunsets and some family time by the fire pit or on the porch with a beverage of your choice!
