The space Our townhome is split level with 3 full stories and includes 3 bedrooms, a den with 2 beds, 3 baths and sleeps 9 comfortably in beds. We have a queen size pullout couch for an additional guest or two. There is a private master suite with a queen bed on the top level, a private room with a queen bed on the second level, and a bedroom and den on the lower level. The lower level bedroom has a twin and a queen bed, and the den has 2 twin beds. Each room has linens, and a bathroom with a shower and/or bath located on the same floor. A total house humidifier means you don’t have to bother with individual humidifiers every night. Our mountain home includes a fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen perfect for making home cooked meals or gathering après ski, as we love to do. We have a full size washer/dryer for all your dirty ski clothes. We have high speed WiFi, cable, a DVD player in the living room, and board games and books to suit all tastes. We have benches, coat racks and a ski closet by the front door, making it easy to store skis and gear in the condo without tracking snow throughout the place. The three levels provide ample common areas for friends and family to gather, including an open concept kitchen and a patio perfect for summer. If you visit in the summer, we are steps from the Herbage’s private pool and a short walk to the Yampa river trail and the Yampa river. The house itself is a perfect combination of spacious and communal...it's easy to have your privacy/quiet time but come together with your friends/family when you want to.
