Our Fairy Tale Cottage offers a magical escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while embracing the cozy nostalgia and comforting classics you know and love. This storybook getaway is perfect for nature lovers, writers, romantics and families with children over 5 years old seeing a touch of magic in their lives. Enjoy the quiet countryside and watch movies, play games or even play dress up! The space The fairy tale cottage is incredibly special! We put precious items inside to share with you during your stay and ask that you are careful with all of the treasures. We do welcome well-behaved children 6 and older and are so glad for them to visit this magical place, and they LOVE the cottage, but be aware there are items that are very tempting to little hands that aren’t to be played with, so you may have to move some things out of harm’s way if needed! The cottage has multiple levels and also has a fairly steep set of stairs so it is not appropriate for babies, toddlers or active young ones. Guest access You have the whole place to yourself Other things to note Quiet and peaceful and also only a short drive from Chattanooga, Tennessee! Only about a 30 minute drive to places like Rock City, Tennessee Aquarium, Cloudland Canyon State Park, Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum, and Raccoon Mountain. Less than 20 minutes from attractions such as historical Chickamauga Battlefield and Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park. Only 5 minutes from the historical Gordon Lee Mansion and Downtown Chickamauga.
