This is our Oasis! This cozy home is on 3.5 acres of Airboat paradise in a quiet island/fishing community. It feels like you are out in the country but only ten minutes to town. Locally within a mile there is a convenient store with all essentials. Withlacoochee bike trail within 6 miles. Many amazing restaurants nearby and some delivery options. Crystal River is only 28 miles which has numerous tourist attraction for families. We have water access to Apopka Chain of lakes canal. The space Private Airboat ramp on canal. Public ramp nearby for other types of boats. Access to Tsala Apopka Lake, Church Lake, Withlacoochee River, and more. Withlacoochee Bike Trail less than 6 miles from the house which covers a total of 46 miles! Trailside Bike Shop is 3.9 miles from the house. Guest access Our yard is 3.5 acres and guests can use the whole property to play on! Vehicles stay near the house though while we are working on growing better grass. OUT BUILDINGS (SHEDS), BOATS, AND VEHICLES ARE NOT ACCESSABLE. Other things to note Airboat curfew is 11:00pm. Please stick to this rule.
