Perfect location all year 'round!!! Our home is unique in that it is close to any kind of activity you would like, but tucked away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Mature pine trees give you the feeling of being in the mountains where you can relax in our private hot tub out under the stars. There are 2 family rooms where you can sit in front of the fire and enjoy movies on Netflix or choose from our DVD library. Downstairs you'll find a foosball and mini pool table. We also have lots of fun games available. There is something for everyone! Guests will have access to a 2 car garage and private driveway. No parking is allowed on the street during the winter months. There is a 4 car maximum. Feel free to contact with any questions. The mountains are spectacular year round. Besides being close to mountain activities and 6 ski resorts (15 min to Snowbird and Alta, 30 min to Solitude and Brighton and 45 minutes to Park C. ity), there is a park within walking distance and trails for hiking or horseback riding. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment can all be found within 2-15 miles. There are all kinds of activities within 30 minutes of our home. Places to visit include The Museum of Curiosity and Natural History at Thanksgiving Point, The Natural History Museum at The University of Utah, The Hogle Zoo, The Clark Planetarium, and The Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. Sit in on a historic world renowned Mormon Tabernacle Choir rehearsal and tour the 21,000 seat LDS Church Conference Center. Hale Center Theater is among the most technically advanced theaters in the world. There you can enjoy Broadway quality performances. We are located in a quiet family neighborhood. We ask that you respect our good neighbors by limiting outside noise after 8 pm. You are welcome to stay outside and visit, but we ask that you please keep your conversations down as the sound really travels. Absolutely no parties are allowed.
