We do allow up to 2 dogs under 50 pounds with an additional pet fee of 82.73 per pet Downstairs is a cozy daybed/trundle bed and leather chair for relaxing, watching tv, or enjoying the wood-burning fireplace. The Kitchen area offers a sink, stove/oven, fridge, and dishwasher. You also have access to the stackable washer and dryer. DirecTV and wifi are also available. The full bath with the Tile Shower is located upstairs. There is a half bath located downstairs. There are no doors or curtains separating the upstairs sleeping area from the downstairs common areas. While there are other homes in the area which you will pass by to get to Hobbit House, we value your privacy. There are measures in place for each of our homes that you may hear others in the area, but not view directly into any other cabin. The only shared areas are the play ground and the pond with paddle boats Rates are based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY and do not include tax, processing or insurance fees. Rates may change at any time without notice. ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE $25 PER NIGHT PER GUEST. We offer weeknight 1-night minimum stays. Weekend Minimum stay is 2 nights, 3 night minimum for Holiday dates. Please also note that if you plan to bring your fur family member(s) we have 2 dog max, and there will be a $82.73 ($75 plus tax) non-refundable, per dog fee for the entire trip. Note that this is not a per night fee. This charge will be billed to you through the Airbnb resolution center. We do not allow cats.
