We offer in-house surround sound with SiriusXM and a Bluetooth connect feature, a gorgeous large tiled shower, a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor grill, a fire ring area, a screened-in porch, and a hot tub. We do allow up to 2 dogs under 50 pounds with an additional pet fee of 82.73 per pet The space Downstairs is a cozy daybed/trundle bed and leather chair for relaxing, watching tv, or enjoying the wood-burning fireplace. The Kitchen area offers a sink, stove/oven, fridge, and dishwasher. You also have access to the stackable washer and dryer. DirecTV and wifi are also available. The full bath with the Tile Shower is located upstairs. There is a half bath located downstairs. There are no doors or curtains separating the upstairs sleeping area from the downstairs common areas. NOTICE! Hobbit House is ~ Absolutely Perfect ~ for up to 4 Guests ~ The listing Price is for 2 guests! an Additional $25 Fee per Guest per Night! ~ Absolute Maximum ~ 4 guests. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire home with the exception of our locked storage closet. Check in is after 4pm. Check out is 11am. Other things to note We offer weeknight 1-night minimum stays. Weekend Minimum stay is 2 nights, 3 night minimum for Holiday dates. We do not allow smoking inside the cabin. Smoking areas are designated outdoors. Please also note that if you plan to bring your fur family member(s) we have 2 dog max, and there will be a $86.48 ($75 plus tax) non-refundable, per dog fee for the entire trip.
