Enjoy our space with beautiful pond and tree views. House and pool area are private. Second bedroom has two bunk beds along with a trundle bed under each one. It’s a tight fit but allows us to fit up 12 per reservation! Additionally, we have a king air mattress that will fit two for the living room. During 3rd quarter 2026 we plan on installing a sofa bed to eliminate the air mattress. Thank you! Guest access The house, the pool and the firepit area. During the day time, they can also access the open grass area with caution. The driveway and entrence has Chicago brick and not all even, please watch your step there and throughout the property. Gate entrance and driveway is shared with neighbor. Other things to note **No gatherings. Only booked guests allowed on property. We will require all names of guests (first and last) prior to arrival for security purposes and the number of cars that will be parked on the property to be monitored at the gate and property. ** No loud music, gatherings or parties - ZERO tolerance policy. The space is meant for low key bookings. The neighborhood is very strict on this. **Non refundable fee $75 per pet per booking to be charged at the beginning of the booking. ** The pool is serviced once a week (Fri) - because it is by lots of trees, sometimes on windy days it may get some leaves in there. We can't service the pool daily but rest assured, it is weekly treated and safe to enter. We have a pool net there for your usage to clear anything up needed. ** security cameras on all four corners of home and entrence. For security and check in purposes. None of the cameras face inside home or in the pool area. ** Travel Insurance recommended in case last minute unforeseen events happen such as sickness, hurricanes etc.
