The driveway and entrence has Chicago brick and not all even, please watch your step there and throughout the property. Sometimes we may need to use the storage facilities and studio on site (not attached to house) for repairs and maintenance. Additionally, the front gate must always be left open for cleaning of the pool weekly, lawn maintenance (usually bi weekly a random day). They have been instructed not to disturb or interact with our guests. Virtual check in and checkout is our preferred method at this time. Surrounded by multi million dollar mansions and farms. Be prepared to see huge houses, while at the same time pass by pastures full of goats, horses and more with tons of trees and nature. It really is a special place that exudes peace and fresh air. Best way to get around to all major areas in south florida is to use I75 which is 5 minutes away. This highway will connect you to all major highways in south florida and turnpike. **No gatherings. Only booked guests allowed on property. We will require all names of guests (first and last) prior to arrival for security purposes and the number of cars that will be parked on the property to be monitored at the gate and property. ** No loud music, gatherings or parties - ZERO tolerance policy. The space is meant for low key bookings. The neighborhood is very strict on this. **Non refundable fee $75 per pet per booking to be charged at the beginning of the booking. ** The pool is serviced once a week (Fri) - because it is by lots of trees, sometimes on windy days it may get some leaves in there. We can't service the pool daily but rest assured, it is weekly treated and safe to enter. We have a pool net there for your usage to clear anything up needed. **For the firepit we will provide one duraflame log that lights up for 2 hours. If you would like any more, you should be able to buy at the local publix store ** Travel Insurance recommended in case last minute unforeseen events happen such as sickness, hurricanes etc.
