The Surf Shack is a completely remodeled 1 bed/1.5 bath condo nestled in a quiet, beachside complex. Our retro building has a private beach access that takes you directly to the beautiful waters of Atlantic Ocean. Satellite Beach is a charming town off the east coast of Florida known for it's good surf, safe family friendly atmosphere, and kind locals. Complex is oceanfront, our unit is on west part of the complex (not direct oceanfront) with ocean 60 steps from our back door. The space We lovingly remodeled this 1960's beach condo with a mid century modern bohemian vibe. Our unit is in the west/front area of the building, about 60 steps from the ocean. Enjoy the ultimate oceanfront experience on the newly remodeled, expansive pavered community patio stretching along the entire beachfront. Relax in comfort with ample seating options including loungers, Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, and tables with benches perfect for dining. Gather with friends around the charcoal grill and soak in stunning ocean views from sunrise to sunset. This inviting space is designed for all guests to unwind, dine, and savor the beauty of the coast. One designated parking spot located directly in front of the door. Our condo is within walking distance to multiple restaurants including a sushi restaurant, a great bagel spot, a Mexican restaurant, and a coffee shop/bakery. Guests who book will be provided with a digital guidebook with a list of great local restaurants, nearby activities, and much more! Two beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and beach towels are provided. Surfers always welcome! The break right behind our condo complex is great for surfing (conditions dependent of course!) Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout the home contrast beautifully with bright white walls. Carefully selected vintage surf prints and pieces by local artists hang from the walls. The kitchen is our favorite spot in the condo. With open cedar shelving, unique gray quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances you are sure to feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including kids flatware, dishes and cups. If you see something missing- just ask! Kitchen has a bar area connecting to the living room with three stools. Dining area includes table and four dining chairs Living area includes IKEA full sized sleepover sofa. Mattress topper, all linens and pillows for sleeper and included inside the pullout storage. TV with cable and Roku also included. Children's books and games stored inside Media console. Full bathroom in the hallway with shower/bath, toiletries, and hair dryer. Bedroom has beautiful upholstered bed with new mattress and luxury hospitality grade linens. Dresser is provided along with clothing rack. Two waffle knit spa robes are provided for our guests. TV in bedroom includes cable and Roku. Full length mirror also provided. Blackout curtains in bedroom and living room. Half bath connected to Master bedroom. Our unit is the only one in the complex with an additional half bath for your privacy and comfort. Community washer and dryer (for a fee) are right next to our unit which makes it easy to do laundry for extended stays. The Surf Shack is THE place to go for a GOOD VIBES ONLY beach vacation! It's best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 younger children. Most of our guests are couples coming for a relaxing beach vacation. We welcome families/children but please understand that this is a small home. We provide the pull-out sofa as an "extra" for those bringing their children.
