This beautiful 5 BR, 4.5 bath, 3 floor home is located Pea Hill creek in a private cove. It sleeps 13 people with a max of 8 adults. It has many amenities to include: Screened porch w/ deck, add'l patio, decked walkway to boathouse which includes a sundeck and ladder to the water. Firepit, 2 kayaks, and corn hole. V Hull boat lift and pontoon parking on the side of the dock. Fully stocked kitchen, 5 Smart TV's, game room w/ ping pong and shuffleboard. The perfect summer getaway! No pets. The space Walking into the main floor you have a large living area with fireplace, ceiling fan, large flatscreen TV that leads to a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. Off to the right is a convenient half bath that leads to the King Master suite with private full bath. This Main floor master suite also boast a beautiful Lakeview and a door straight to the balcony. Back to the left is the kitchen area with a very cute dining nook. This leads into the screened in porch and balcony as well. (All with lake views) Heading upstairs to the 3 Queen Bedrooms. Two of them are bedrooms with private baths and lake views. The third one was a living space turned into queen bed sleep area with futon and desk workspace and a curtain for privacy. Going to the lower level, there is another living area with a ping pong table, shuffleboard and darts. Wet bar area with pub table! This lower living area takes you out to A charming patio with 2 picnic tables and fire pit. There is a lovely decked pathway to the boat dock. The is a washed/dryer room with an extra fridge. On the left is another bedroom with full bath. There is a King bed and a twin over-Queen bunk with lake view, and a door to the patio. The boat dock has a ladder for swimming and sun deck. Two kayaks for your use. There is boat parking available on the side of the dock. There is no jumping off the sun deck!
