Arrival & Parking Easy Access: We offer a seamless self-check-in process via secure lockboxes located at both the front and back entrances. Parking: While the garage is reserved for owner storage, there is plenty of space in the private driveway for multiple vehicles. Important Details Hot Tub: To ensure your soak is ready when you are, the KEYS for the saltwater hot tub cover are conveniently located inside the front lockbox. Trail Access: Step right outside to enjoy the private community trails and the serene beauty of the Ausable River. We want you to feel completely at home while exploring the High Peaks. Other things to note To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for both our guests and our community, please take a moment to review these important house guidelines: Respect the Neighborhood: We are located in the peaceful Ausable Acres community. Please drive slowly and remain vigilant; the speed limit is 40 mph, but deer are frequent visitors, and neighbors are often out walking their dogs. Quiet & Peaceful Environment: To maintain the serenity of the area, we have a strict no-party and no-event policy. Excessive noise is not permitted. Violation of these rules will result in a $500 fee. Strict Non-Smoking Policy: Black Bear Lodge is a 100% smoke-free residence (both indoors and outdoors). A $500 fee will be applied if smoking occurs on the premises. Occupancy Limits: Our home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a charge of $250 per person, per night (excluding infants). By booking your stay, you agree to respect these guidelines and our home.
