Located close to SoFi stadium, Disneyland, Long Beach airport and LAX and with many great restaurants to choose from. The house is also just a short drive to the beach and downtown Long Beach. The space Peaceful beach house style guest house in a quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of street parking available. The guest house has one large area with a queen size bed and two comfy chairs to lounge on, it's the perfect stop for the traveler who needs a great place to refresh after a busy day. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and wash sink. Ginger Lily Farms body wash and hair products are available as well as plush towels and organic feminine products. There is no kitchen but a coffee maker and snacks are always available with bottled water in the fridge. Beach towels and chairs are also available. Guest access Guests can access our outside seating area in front of the guest house and relax during hot summer nights. There is a fire pit for use and heat lamps if it becomes too cold. A hot tub is also available during certain hours. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in the beach house or on the property. We have city street sweeping every Friday between 8am and noon so parking is on the next street (still very close).
