Located close to SoFi stadium, Disneyland, Long Beach airport and LAX and with many great restaurants to choose from. The house is also just a short drive to the beach and downtown Long Beach. Peaceful beach house style guest house in a quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of street parking available. The guest house has one large area with a queen size bed and two comfy chairs to lounge on, it's the perfect stop for the traveler who needs a great place to refresh after a busy day. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and wash sink. Ginger Lily Farms body wash and hair products are available as well as plush towels and organic feminine products. There is no kitchen but a coffee maker and snacks are always available with bottled water in the fridge. Beach towels and chairs are also available. Guests can access our outside seating area in front of the guest house and relax during hot summer nights. There is a fire pit for use and heat lamps if it becomes too cold. A hot tub is also available during certain hours. We will respect our guest's privacy but are always there to answer any questions you might have about the area. We live on the property along with our two kids and two small dogs. Walk to several parks and jog along the running path that runs close to this quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac. Afterwards, stroll to a choice of cafes and restaurants. The beach is an easy 15-minute drive, with freeways and the airport nearer still. Disneyland is a 20-minute drive away and Universal City about 30 minutes north. There are many great hiking trails and beach paths available if you like the outdoors. Kayaking and paddle board rental are also easily found. Please note we have city street sweeping every Friday and parking must be on the opposite street from 8am-noon.
