The easy access to the mountains and rivers allows to enjoy hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, & watersports. The space A 772 sq ft one bedroom apartment on the ground level. Seasonal pool. Year-round gym. The apartment has a modern kitchen with granite counter tops, bamboo hardwood floor and a private patio with a view of the columbia river gorge. The bathroom is equipped with an advance bidet toilet seat and has basic toiletries. There are two remote controlled A/C units and electric wall heating system for winter. Enjoy a 55 inch Roku Powered Smart TV to use Netflix, prime video or other streaming services. Guest access The entire apartment is available to the guest. Other things to note - We are not accepting check ins/ check outs on thanksgiving day or Christmas (Dec 25). Our team onsite works really hard to keep the condo in a perfect condition for guests everyday, so we want them to take those days off and spend with their family. Please reach out if you have questions about booking around those dates. - The railtrack and I-84 are close by the complex. As a result there may be some noise and vibration occasionally if you are in the living room. However, most people actually enjoy the trains! The bedroom is away from the tracks so the noise doesn't reach there. - The wifi is 50M/50M high speed fiber optics internet . Our guests have had good experiences working remotely using the wifi. - Our booking policy requires guest to complete the three steps verification (including photo id) through AirBnB. - If you have a book in mind that you plan to read during your stay, please let us know in advance. We will try our best to keep it in our shelf during your stay. Some of the books that we currently have in the unit are - Born a Crime by Trevor Noah, City of Thieves by David Benioff, The Remains of the Day by Kazuo Ishiguro, Curious Gorge (for Hiking and Exploring the Columbia River Gorge ) etc.
