Beautiful home located on the 12th Green at Duncan Golf Club. Access to club Pool, Fitness, Tennis and discounted Golf is included. The layout will allow comfortable accommodations for 10 people. The home is a 3 bedroom with Queen beds and TV's that sleep 2 each an inflatable queen sleeps 2, A Futon that sleeps 2. A Large Livingroom with 70” TV. A large back yard for entertaining, grill and plenty of room for activities. The space Most important rule, enjoy our home!!! You will be sent the address and a code for entry on the front door keypad on day of arrival. Your price per night is only for the house and the amenities in it. Access passes to the Duncan Golf Course Clubhouse amenities, Members Lounge, Pool, Fitness, and Tennis will be provided. Discounted golf is also included. A list of all guests will need to be sent to us at the time of booking and will be passed on to the club. Included will be 200 Meg WIFI, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, HBO Max, and much more. . Located close to Haliburton and within 2 blocks of down town Duncan, a few miles to the Territory Golf Club. Fenced back yard. No Smoking Allowed. We allow certain Pets. Please notify us on breed for approval. No more than 6 visitors, No unregistered guests overnight. No changing of locks. No Illegal substances will be tolerated. Please do not re-organize furniture, if you move something, please put it back. Additional charge for rearranging furniture back to original configuration is $50.00. Damages must be reported immediately No removal of smoke detectors, or carbon monoxide testers Noise levels must not bother the neighbors, after 10 PM Penalties Late check out will be charged at $75/hr Smoking $250.00 per stay Games used must be put back into the box they came from. Any furniture moved must be returned to the original location including patio furniture. Lost Keys will require a rekeying fee for all doors $150.00 Additional cleaning fees may be assessed. BBQ grill must be cleaned if used. Additional cleaning if not cleaned after use. Guest access You will have Access to All areas of the home with exception of the Locked owners' closets. We do have 2 rooms that are locked for personal Owners items. The street dead ends into the golf course so if you have a trailer, it is more difficult to turn around on. Also, this limits traffic thru the street making it a very quiet street. Other things to note Just a short drive to Fort Sill for graduation or just to visit a loved one that serves our great nation. We get all 4 seasons here so dress accordingly. The street dead ends into the golf course. If you have a trailer make sure you can turn around easy on a small street. We have a wide drive that you can use to turn around from.
