Welcome to our charming single-family home in the beautiful town of Brighton, Tennessee! Our home features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating you and your group. Country life awaits you while being less than 40 minutes from all Memphis tourist attractions! Sit back with a good book or decompress from a day of exploration! This cute bungalow house on Main St USA is centrally located on Brighton, TN historic town square. The space LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM /KITCHEN As you walk into the home, the living room greets you with plenty of seating, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is lots of natural light providing a very pleasant place to hang out with the family after a long day. The full kitchen provides all you’ll need to prepare small or large meals complete with a beautiful island, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee pot and / or Keurig single serve, and pantry to store all your food. You’ll also be provided with a stackable washer and dryer here in case you need to get anything cleaned up during a long stay. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS There are two beautiful bedrooms in this home, the first with a queen bed, extra storage, an en-suite bathroom and a door that leads to the backyard! The master bathroom is newly remodeled and has a tub/shower to relax in after a long day. The second bedroom contains one double bed for another couple or kiddos and is full of charm. There is an additional half bath in this home for more space to get ready for your Brighton adventures! OUTSIDE Outside the home there’s lots of green space to sit out back and listen to the trains or throw a ball around. It is perfect and quaint. Grab this cute home, central to Brighton and close to Memphis for your slow and easy nights – or crazy getaway if you prefer the city life! Guest access During your stay you will have access to the whole home as well as the surrounding yard area to enjoy. There is free outdoor street parking available in front of the home. On the day of check in, guests will receive a message on the booking platform they booked on with the check in details to include an 8 digit numeric key code to use on a digital lock. These details will also include the wifi password as well. Other things to note Pets are welcome but with a fee of 25 dollars per night per pet plus 15 percent taxes. Guests are required to digitally sign host rental agreement upon confirmed booking. A $500 dollar security deposit hold on a credit or debit card will be authorized 2 days prior to arrival date and be held for 7 days post stay.
