Follow the stairs up to the porch with a small outdoor seating area. The apartment itself is approximately 500sqft of beautifully designed cozy living! You are welcome to use the entire guest house apartment, outdoor shower (shared space), propane grill and private beach access. NOTE: This property has Ring doorbell cameras on all exterior doors that record audio and video. Also, 24/7 video surveillance cameras surround the exterior of the property.
