Charming Guest Cottage + Private Beach Access

A true hidden gem as the guests would say! This space is a renovated guest house/in-law suite (above our garage). We are located across the street from the beach with private beach access. This space is detached from the main house and has its' own entrance and separate HVAC. It features a fully stocked kitchen, 1 bedroom with king size bed, sectional couch with pull out full bed and 1 full bathroom. Close to Sawgrass, TPC, The Lodge and PVIC & Spa! NO smoking/vaping on property. The space This is our guest house apartment/in-law suite located above our garage. We live here full-time in the main house. The detached guest house is above our garage and you will hear the garage open/close and vehicles pulling entering/exiting through various times of the day/night. The driveway is shared with the hosts. It is a u-shaped driveway with 2 entrances. We have one designated parking spot to the right of the garage for 1 vehicle. The stairs are located to the left of the garage. Follow the stairs up to the porch with a small outdoor seating area. The apartment itself is approximately 500sqft of beautifully designed cozy living! You are welcome to use the entire guest house apartment, outdoor shower (shared space), outdoor 22' Blackstone electric griddle (upon request) and private beach access. BEACH ACCESS: There are 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 beach bag and 4 beach towels for you to use during your stay! Please return all items before your departure. *NO PARTIES, EVENTS or 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS - this will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and your removal from the property. *No tampering with cameras - this will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and your removal from the property. *INSIDE GARAGE AND MAIN HOUSE IS OFF LIMITS → DISCOUNTS - Rates reflect market conditions. No additional discounts will be applied. → OUTAGES - Outages are rare. We cannot be held responsible for short/temporary community service interruptions including water, electricity, and/or internet. We also cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties accessing Wifi. No refunds or discounts should be expected. → CANCELLATIONS - Currently, there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including those related to COVID-19. Be sure of your comfort level for travel BEFORE booking. We strongly recommend you buy a travel insurance policy to protect your travel plans. → SECURITY CAMERAS - This property has ring doorbell cameras on all exterior doors and 3 additional facing the house that record audio and video during your entire stay. 24/7 video surveillance cameras surround the entire exterior of the property as well. Guest access Private beach access, parking spot for one vehicle, entire guest house apartment. Main house and inside garage is off limits. Other things to note This property is located in a tropical climate zone in Florida. It is possible to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Per Airbnb’s listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property. All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures. We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Airbnb’s Direct Message (DM) system, immediately.
