LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION The space Waterfront at the quarry beach in Sherkston Shores Resort. Plenty of space on a double wide, corner lot. Beat the lines every morning to the beach rentals and get a front row seat of the Saturday night fireworks. Located right on the sand so the little ones can play while you BBQ. Beach Volleyball nets are located directly in front of the neighbour. Sleeps 8 comfortably: Master Bedroom- queen mattress Second Bedroom- 2 bunk beds Dining room table & couch convert - MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT - If not a family (with the same last name) every individual person must be at least 25 - No smoking inside - Private high speed internet included - Central Air Conditioning/Heat - BBQ & Fire Pit Golf Cart (custom built) included! Water park passes are not included in rental and must be purchased directly through Sherkston Shores Welcome Centre. You will need to bring your own pillows, blankets, linen, towels and toiletries. RV safe toilet paper will be provided. Other things to note MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. If not a family (with the same last name) every individual person must be at least 25 years old. MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO DRIVE THE GOLF CART or risk a $200 fine from the resort.
