This is S’Mores Lodge and it’s ready to make some great memories for your group of up to 13 guests. Recent renovations have ensured that this is a retreat that’s beautifully decorated and professionally presented throughout with that classic snug yet spacious wooden look and feel that makes staying in a large, two level cabin such an enticing prospect. So let’s take a look around this East Tennessee home-from-home that’s just 4 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge. OPEN CONCEPT LIVING, DINING AND KITCHEN AREA There’s a big 70-inch cable TV in here for you to watch from the comfort of the variety of seating on offer. The electric fireplace will ensure your comfort whatever time of year you stay here. When it’s time to eat, the dining table seats 8 giving you a place to gather to enjoy whatever’s been prepared in the luxury chef’s kitchen that features an array of modern stainless steel appliances, plus all the cookware you’re likely to need. THEATER ROOM Stock up on popcorn and take your seats as the movie is about to begin! Recreate the movie theatre experience in your very own home theater with a 70-inch flatscreen TV plus DVD player. GAME ROOM Sure to be popular with the kids and big kids in your group, this space features a pool table, foosball table and multicade games. That should keep everyone busy! SAUNA ROOM A private sauna just for you surely has to be the ultimate in luxury and the kind of experience that makes great memories. So grab your towels (provided) and relax! 4 BEDROOMS The bedrooms are all located on the main level of the house. Three have kingsize beds in them, and each room has a 42-inch flatscreen TV plus ensuite bathroom. There’s also the kid’s sleeping area that’s located in the play area (they’re going to love that) which has triple bunk beds plus a half bathroom. Your hosts want to ensure everyone enjoys a great night’s sleep every night of your stay. So expect to find top-rated memory foam mattresses, luxury hotel quality 100% cotton linens and sheets. These will definitely help you wake up feeling fully refreshed, ready for a new day. There’s extra sleeping space on the upper level with a sleeper sofa in the game room and another in the theatre room. THE BATHROOMS The 3 main bedrooms each has an ensuite private bathroom with the master featuring a bath tub, walk-in shower and corner jacuzzi tub for the ultimate in luxury. The other two bedrooms have a tub with shower over. All are luxe spaces in which to relax after a busy day and get ready for a new day. Towels and toiletries are provided. REMOTE WORKING Even though the lodge is in a secluded location close to the Smokies National Park, there’s free Wi-Fi serving the whole cabin, so you can work when you need to and stay in touch with friends and family back home, sending them messages and photos of all the great things you’ve been up to! OUTSIDE SPACE You’ll no doubt be wanting to enjoy the great outdoors as well as those amazing views, and there are plenty of places to do that here. The cabin has a large yard which is flat so suitable and safe for all ages. There’s a fire pit for which fire wood is provided if you’re staying anytime from October to March. A concrete picnic table gives you all great place to eat snacks and meals outside, and for the ultimate way to end a day the luxurious way, there’s the hot tub. Sit in here for some of the best views of valley! Also out here is a grill, so whoever is the BBQ master in your group can do their thing. LAUNDRY With so much to explore inside and out, there’s bound to be a need for you to use the cabin’s washer and dryer, to keep everyone’s clothes clean. PARKING A big group needs plenty of parking space, and there’s room for up to 6 cars to park right outside the cabin, making it easy to get your luggage inside. It’s also easy to get to the cabin as the driveway is flat, so easily accessible. CHILDREN OF ALL AGES WELCOME. PETS TOO! This is a kid-friendly home with all kinds of amenities and features available for younger guests, including a highchair, kids’ dinnerware, Pack ’n Play/travel crib and 100% cotton sheets (upon request), and kid’s toys. You can also bring a well-behaved dog! Guest access Your hosts are delighted to make this renovated home available for a group of up to 13 guests to enjoy. The house will be exclusively yours for the duration of your booking and it’s access all areas.
