The second floor (ground floor), has two bedrooms, the living room, kitchen and laundry room. The master bedroom has a Ca King bed, TV, and full bath. The second bedroom on the first floor is a converted office, (office desk, computer and round work table), and has a futon style bed, queen size and made up in advance) On the 3rd floor are two bedrooms, and a large loft with a pool table, couch and chairs. The 1st bedroom on the top floor has a full bath and two full beds. The second bedroom on the top floor has a queen bed, TV,and full bathroom. If they are two heavy or you cannot manage please call me. There is a old 30' × 15' inground fiberglass pool. (Installed 1987). At its deepest it is 5'6" deep. We service the pool once per week.
