CHARMING 3 BEDROOM LAKE HOUSE

You've worked hard all week, it's time to take some time off and relax at our special lake house in Discovery Bay. With a view like this from your backyard you won't believe you are just a short drive from SF or East Bay. Fish, BBQ or just R&R. The space This newly renovated lake house is so special to our family. My boys love to fish, swim and play in the front yard. Every time we are here we feel like we have traveled thousands of miles. The stress just melts away. *RECENTLY CHANGED BUNK BED TO FULL SIZE BUNK BED SO THERE ARE TWO FULL SIZE BEDS in bedroom 3 **THE HOUSE IS LOCATED ON THE LAKE SIDE SO THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE DELTA AND BOAT LAUNCHING IS NOT ALLOWED. HOWEVER, THE DISCOVERY BAY YACHT HARBOR IS LESS THAN 2 MINUTES AWAY AND BOAT LAUNCHING IS ALLOWED THERE AND THERE IS ACCESS TO THE DELTA. Guest access You have access to everything except our garage (used for private storage) and boat which will be tied to the dock. There is parking for 2 cars in front of the garage and street parking available in front and/or near the house. Feel free to use the fishing poles, the paddle boards, the ping pong table, the range, the fridge, cookware, utensils, washer/dryer… and of course the LAKE! *RECENTLY CHANGED BUNK BED TO FULL SIZE BUNK BED SO THERE ARE TWO FULL SIZE BEDS in bedroom 3 ***NOTE: For your safety and ours, there is a deck camera that cannot and should not be disconnected at any time. Disconnecting or covering camera will be considered a violation of house rules and will be subject to immediate cancellation of reservation*** Other things to note Newly renovated and professionally decorated interior! In addition our deck and dock have been completely redone and they're BEAUTIFUL! The boat in the picture is NOT included in the rental.
