This classic studio apartment is located in one of Cheyenne's downtown historic buildings and has everything you need for a nice getaway, or home away from home. Walking distance to some of Cheyenne’s best shops & restaurants. Ultra secure building is safe and private to the few who have building access. Nice, quiet neighbors & free parking. Unfortunately we can not accommodate pets at this location. So many original details have been left untouched in this historic building, from the vintage tile and kitchen, to the gorgeous wood built-ins; nevertheless, you'll have everything you need for a modern, comfortable stay. I don't live on site, but Cheyenne isn't big and I'm just a message or phone call away if you need assistance. Downtown Cheyenne has so many great local restaurants and shopping - everything is within walking distance to the apartment. Uber & Lyft are available. There is a key-fob used to enter the building stored in a realtor-type lock box hanging on the door. Please use it to open the door then place it BACK in the lock box as other guests need it and there will is a $50 charge for lost or damaged key-fobs. Per the building owner, no pets are allowed in building. No smoking of any kind allowed in building. This includes vaping, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. Evidence of such in unit will result in loss of deposit. No parties allowed. A/C is available seasonally. Wyoming weather is tricky, so please be aware of this when booking in late May/early June and September/October.
