Beautiful cottage crafted from all reclaimed materials as with all of our Waterford reservations properties. Open floor plan with high ceilings are sure to impress. The luxury of this cottage cannot fully be felt until your perfect stay. Please don’t book Airbnb and then complain about the fees., That was your choice to use the airbnb platform. When you book any of our properties with Airbnb, we will ensure that you have a fantastic stay. The space Cottage is built from reclaimed lumber and timber cut on our property nearby. We designed the cottage to be a private location, the back deck is surrounding by trees. Your only complaint will be having to go home the next day. Guest access Entire inside and decks Other things to note Near the woods, there are animals, bugs, and prone to brown marmorated stink bug in the early fall season. Please do not ask for discounts while using the Airbnb app. Please do not include your cell phone prior to booking. It will get blocked. Please do not leave negative reviews about pricing upon departure because you learned of a different site after booking with better fees. Airbnb is a third-party booking site we are professional host with multiple properties I am capable of solving any problem very easily and efficiently look forward to your stay. Internet, Electricity, Tv, Road Conditions, Snow, Ice etc. cannot be guaranteed if there is a problem with the provider. We are a PET-FRIENDLY rental and charge a minimal pet fee. However, please note that if there is excessive pet hair left on our linens, an automatic $100 fee will be applied. We recommend not allowing your pets on the furniture or bedding. If the comforter and linens are covered in pet hair, they might need to be thrown out completely. We will do everything, we can to assist you so that this is not an issue. Responsible pet owners should have no problems—we travel everywhere with our lab!
