3 bedroom, 2 bath, private swimming pool, and short walk to beach and harbor. Old Town Pied-a-Terre is located near the heart of Old Town Bay St. Louis. The location provides a private setting very convenient to downtown. This hideaway includes a private pool with a large patio overlooking the pool with a waterfall. The space The living room is a warm and inviting space. There is a large sectional sofa, comfortable chairs, game table in the corner, and a smart TV over a fireplace with gas logs. The living room connects to a spacious dining room. The dining room table has seating for eight people. These living areas are spacious with tall windows that allow for natural sunlight. The kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped with a set of earthenware dishes for 12, a set of stainless flatware, utensils, cookware, and barware. There is a set of pots and pans and various Pyrex dishware for baking. There is a large refrigerator with an icemaker. Appliances include an electric stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Small appliances include a coffeemaker, toaster, crockpot and blender. There are sliding glass doors off the kitchen to a beautiful balcony. There is a bistro table for two on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. There are three well-appointed bedrooms that are very comfortable. The guest bedrooms have standard size windows with black out curtains for privacy. The master bedroom entrance is at the end of the main hallway. There is a king size bed with bedside tables and great lighting with a bay window that allows natural light into the room. There is a large dresser and a seating area that has two recliners. Also, in the bedroom is a smart TV above a fireplace with gas logs. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with a stand alone shower. This bedroom has thermal privacy curtains and blinds. The second bedroom, shares the bathroom with two queen beds, two chests of drawers, night stands, table lamps, and a generous walk in closet space. The third bedroom is warm and inviting with a queen size bed, chest of drawers, night stands, bedside lamps, flat screen TV, and generous closet space as well as seating area. The third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom located with a shower/tub combination. In the main hallway just off the kitchen there is a set of barn doors that open up to the utility closet with a full size washer and dryer. The private pool includes patio seating, chase lounges, and an outdoor table for eight to enjoy meals by the pool. There is a Weber charcoal grill for outdoor cooking needs. We also have four-seat electric golf carts available to rent during your stay. *All TVs in the apartment have a ROKU for streaming as well as an antenna for local channels. * Please note we have three other listings called La Petite Cachette-- Main House and there is also another accommodation in the upstairs Guest Quarters listed separately and a private house called The Citrus House. *Pets are allowed on an individual basis.
