Spacious Pocono Chalet | Sleeps 10 | Dog-Friendly | Fire Pit & Game Room Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this 1,400 sq. ft. Pocono chalet located in the Arrowhead Lake Community. This dog-friendly (small/medium) home features 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 2 full bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests—perfect for families and small groups. Unwind in the enclosed sunroom or gather on the large deck, ideal for grilling and evening entertainment. Inside, kids and adults alike will love the game room with cornhole, foosball, and darts, plus a dedicated toy area for younger children. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with ample cookware, a 12-cup drip coffee maker, and a Keurig. Cozy up by the stone fireplace or enjoy evenings around the outdoor fire pit. Beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach umbrella are provided for lake days. Families are well supported with baby gates and a Pack-n-Play. Please note: like many Pocono homes, there is no A/C, but cool mountain evenings, ceiling fans, and window fans keep the home comfortable. Guests have access to Arrowhead Lake amenities, including 3 heated pools, 4 beaches on 2 lakes, playgrounds, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, billiards room, and a lakefront lodge (seasonal access: Memorial Day–Labor Day). Pillows and Comforters are. Guests may bring their own or rent linens locally through Pocono Linens. Guest access All areas of the house and property. ****The garage and one closet are for owner use only.**** Other things to note Bath towels and bed sheets are NOT provided for guests. 😊 A Few Helpful Things to Know 💳 Temporary Community Membership (Required) This fee applies to all guests ages 6 and up and helps maintain Arrowhead Lake amenities. 🌞 May 15 – Sept 15: $8.50 per person, per day ❄️ Off-season: $2.00 per person, per day 🚗 Gate QR Code: $20 per vehicle 📝 Registration Fee: $20 This must be completed 3 days before arrival so your check-in goes smoothly. 📱 Easy Community Access: You’ll receive QR codes by email 24 hours before arrival. These will be used for gated entry and include registration info for all guests. 📸 Outdoor Security Cameras: For peace of mind, exterior cameras are in place to help protect the home when it’s not occupied. 🐾 Bringing Your Pup?
