We have every kind of coffee machine ever made. Our gym has legit exercise equipment (Woodway treadmill, Concept 2 Erg), and the rest of the house has enough of everything! We recently repainted the exterior, added crown moulding, new couches, and lots of little details! This house continues to improve in between stays, and has something for everyone to enjoy! Location is just up the hill from OTR, Pendleton, and the Casino: a very popular area. It's minutes from the major businesses of downtown Cincinnati, as well. It makes it easy to have space for every to work or relax. People stay here for family events, downtown events, and business/consulting engagements, and many others have come to just enjoy the privacy and space--it's even been used for TV commercials! You have access to the entire house, short of a few closets/mechanicals locked off for management use! If you ever need anything, I or my assistants are always ready to answer a call, text, or message. We can stop by if anything is amiss! Prospect Hill sits just above Over the Rhine (OTR)--one of the coolest neighborhoods in Cincinnati, while also being just a mile away from the University of Cincinnati, the Zoo, Rhinegeist Brewery, the art museums, the casino, the stadiums, and downtown businesses. More and more renovations just keep making the area even more awesome! It's a 5$ Uber to just about anywhere, and you can even walk to OTR bars and restaurants. There is a bus line if you wish to use that, stopping right out in front of the house. Parking is off street, with room for up to 6 cars if you do it right, and access to the interstate is one street light down! The upstairs bedroom has a projector TV! That's just awesome so I had to write it somewhere!
