This charming rustic-modern Bungalow is Amazing! Next to Old Colorado City, the new hot spot destination of Colorado Springs that is close to just about everything you’d want to do. We loaded this Bungalow with all the bells & whistles sure to assist in making your stay memorable, relaxed and stress free. The space The Charming Bungalow: You'll feel right at home the minute you walk up to the entry of this charming bungalow. Most of the main level boasts original hardwood floors, you enter into the living room that connects to the dining room & fully stocked kitchen loaded with likely more than you'll ever need. The large, bright kitchen has a nice pantry & loads of cabinet storage with ample room to work on the butcher block counters, accent tile and stainless-steel appliances; the side door walks out to the enclosed side deck grill. The open dining room concept comes with a dry bar and beverage fridge. The hallway bathroom comes with his/her sinks and the original, but modernized claw foot tub/shower area. The hallway leads back to a huge, private master retreat with vaulted ceilings comes with a private bathroom with jetted tub & his/her sinks. The master also provides a fireplace, 2 large walk-in closets, private safe and walks out to the enclosed side yard. The spacious bedrooms come with 32” TV’s & closets with plenty of extra bedding. The front bedroom provides a full-size bed and the bedroom off the dining area has a bunk bed with twin over full set up. The living room couch folds out to a nice queen size bed for larger groups. There are loads of fun artwork and curious shelving accessories everywhere you look. We have smart TVs with DVD players & Wi-Fi for those evenings you’d rather stay in. We have a pretty nice library of DVDs at the home for you to choose from as well. Look on either side of the living room fireplace. The enclosed yards and patios are ready for your traveling furry companions and outdoor fun with a grill, patio table/chairs & fire pit. We make sure charcoal is stocked for your burgers & hotdogs. This home has a classic front porch with a porch swing & sitting bench bar to soak in the Mountain Views! They are Amazing! CENTRAL A.C.: It may sound strange to any visitors from the hotter states (It did to me when I moved from KS) but only 30% of Colorado homes even have air conditioning; and less of the short-term rentals. There are some summers we can get by without it and we did the same for a while. Unfortunately, we felt we were getting too many complaints about the heat, especially the last few summers. Central Air has been installed in all of our Rental Homes. Furry Friends: Cats and most all dogs are welcome with an additional charge of $50 & $25 per additional one-time pet fee. We ask that you clean up after them; inside & outside. Colorado Springs is a great place for your furry friends to explore by your side. We love to take our puppies with us on our family adventures, so we decided to allow the same for our guests. We tried to make the home as pet friendly as possible with an enclosed yard & hard flooring surfaces on the main level to limit tracking anything in on wet days. We also provide a dog crate, bed, bowls, leash and some other goodies for your puppy. We simply ask that you keep your puppies off the furniture, pick up after them in the yard and please crate your puppy in case he/she gets anxiety if left alone so as not to damage anything if he gets the “chews”. We do charge a pet fee as we find there is often additional cleaning and wear & tear involved. Host & Support: This home is taking care of by a small property management company. We have recommendations for places to eat, visit and explore! Just ask us for those recommendations. Guest access The entire home, fenced in front yard and East side yard to the right of the home is all for you to enjoy.
