Condo in Cedar Key

Our condo is located in the quaint little town of Cedar Key on the Gulf of Mexico. Cedar Key has lots to offer. Fishing. Boating. Shopping. Restaurants. Art boutiques. Small sunny islands that can be accessed by boats and kayaks. Our condo has a pool and hot tub and a boat wash area. There is a private dock on the intercostal that when the tide is right you can pull your boat right up to. Also Fish cleaning station. We have a BBQ grill and picnic tables available on the property. The space Our condo was completely renovated in 2018. Brand new appliances. New laminate floors. Fresh paint. New furniture. We have a lovely porch for bird watching and star gazing that overlooks the intercoastal area and marshlands. We have 2 kayaks (blue and purple) and one paddle board for your use. Paddles and life preservers available in the Master closet. If you use the kayaks and paddle board you must wear the life preservers for safety. Please clean the paddles and preservers after use. Guest access Pool. Hot tub. Dock. We have a pool code to the gate that we will send when you book. We are walking distance to the downtown area and beach. Parking is under our building. There is also boat and trailer parking in front but can be limited on busy weekends. Please park your cars in the bays not in the middle. Other things to note King size bed in the master bedroom. Two singles in second bedroom. Two full size sofas in the living room for extra guests. We are on the first floor of the building. Two short flights up. The ground floor is where you will park. There is a level above us. There is no elevator. We have TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.
